Food Options

Summer Menu: Features a harvest table with stuffed ciabattas, local olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and homemade pestos. Main courses include gratins and roasted vegetables, with a selection of meats. Dessert options include carrot cake, black forest cake, caramel milk tart, or homemade ice cream with berries.

Winter Menu: Starts with a harvest table or a choice of soups like pear and broccoli or cauliflower and blue cheese. Main courses and desserts are similar to the summer menu, adapted for seasonal availability.

Payments

A 50% deposit is required within 24 hours of booking confirmation.
Final payment due 14 days prior to the event.
Payments via direct deposit or EFT.

Additional Fees

Corkage: R30 per bottle of wine, R50 per sparkling wine.
10% service fee on tabbed bars.

Venue Policies

Venue is available from 7 am to midnight. Overtime is charged at R1,000 per hour.
Music must cease at midnight; décor cleared by 10 am the following day.
No credit card facilities; cash bar only.
The client is responsible for any damages or breakages.
Picardi Place is not liable for loss or injury on the premises.
Special dietary needs must be communicated 14 days in advance.
Strict Halaal and Kosher meals are not available.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable unless the date is resold, less a 25% cancellation fee.
Picardi Place reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not timely.
