Payments
A 50% deposit of the total package is required within 24 hours of confirming the booking.
Final payment must be made 14 days prior to the event via direct deposit or EFT.
Corkage and Service Fees - Wine: R30 per bottle - Sparkling Wine: R50 per bottle - 10% service fee on 'tabbed' bars
Venue Policies
Venue is available from 7 am to midnight. Overtime is charged at R1,000 per hour.
Music must cease at midnight; décor cleared by 10 am the following day.
No credit card facilities; cash bar only.
The client is responsible for any damages or breakages.
Picardi Place is not liable for loss or injury on the premises.
Special dietary needs must be communicated 14 days in advance.
Strict Halaal and Kosher meals are not available.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable unless the date is resold.
A cancellation fee of 25% applies if the date is resold.

No payments to third parties.
All quotes and invoices must be signed by the person responsible for the bill.
